Untold chapters from founders’ journeys

Edition 2026

Editorial Policy

How we work

Sourcing

Stories are built from direct, on-the-record interviews with the founder, supplemented wherever possible by documents, public filings, and other people involved in the events described.

Factual review

Before publication, every story is sent to the founder for a factual check: dates, figures, names and quotations. This is a check for accuracy, not an invitation to change the framing or soften the account.

Corrections

If an error is identified after publication, we correct it promptly and note the correction on the story.

Right of reply

Anyone named in a story who disputes a specific factual claim about them is entitled to have their response considered, and where warranted, reflected in the piece.

No paid placement

We do not accept payment, equity, or any other consideration in exchange for coverage, favourable treatment, or placement. Nothing on this site is sponsored content.

Conflicts of interest

Where a writer or editor has a personal or financial connection to a founder or company being covered, that connection is disclosed internally and, where relevant, in the story itself.

Quotations

Quotations are recorded during interviews and lightly edited only for clarity and length; we do not alter their substance or meaning.

Anonymity

We prefer named, on-the-record sources. Anonymity is granted sparingly, only where a source faces genuine risk, and never for the founder whose decision is the subject of the story.

Illustrative sample stories

Where the site displays illustrative sample stories for demonstration purposes, they are clearly labelled as samples and should not be read as verified journalism.
